Booking Group Fitness Classes
Members are required to book online for group fitness classes, this can be done via the Y NSW App available for download here. Classes can be booked 3 days in advance.
For Casual Visitors, bookings for group fitness classes can be made by visiting your local Centre.

Program Pool Lane Availability
There are NO lap lanes available between 3pm to 7pm Monday – Friday & 8am to 1230pm Saturday & Sunday, due to our learn to swim program running in this area
Due to COVID restrictions during these times there is limited recreational play space.
We have Aqua running in the program pool (deep end) duration 1hr:
- - Monday 8:30am, 11:30am, 7:15pm
- - Tuesday 8:00am
- - Wednesday 11:30am, 7:15pm
- - Thursday 8:00am, 2:00pm
- - Friday 11:30am
This Program pool caters for all exercises eg, swimming, walking & stretching.
Please note there is not always a walking/stretching lane available.
