Birthday Parties
When you book a birthday party with us at Gungahlin Leisure Centre, the only thing you need to do is send the invitations and bring the kids. We will organise everything and even clean up all the mess so you can enjoy a stress-free party with your children.
Party guests can enjoy all of our Aquatic Facilities, our specialised Party catering from our Café, and even fun on our Pool Inflatable! All guests are welcome to continue using the pool after the booked party time.
- Minimum of 10 participants are required for all parties.
- All participants must be 6 years or older and confident in the water.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the booking time.

Birthday Package #1
This package includes food, pool entry, tables at café – $28.00 per child (minimum 6yrs)
Birthday Package #2
This package includes private inflatable (1hr), food, free pool entry, booked tables at café – $38.00 per child (minimum 8yrs)
Catered Parties!
Both of our Birthday Party packages include catering from our Café! Every party will receive the below food catering. All you will need to do is let the Team know when you would like the food brought out!
- Hot Chips
- Chicken Nuggets
- Calamari Rings
- Cans of Soft Drink or Slushie (1 x per child)
- Fruit Platter
- Coffees for parents!
Keep Watch @ Public Pools
The party organiser assumes full responsibility during the period of hire for the supervision, safety, and control of all its guests and visitors.
Children under 15 years are not permitted entry without active supervision of a person 18 years +.
Parents/guardians must actively supervise their children at all times, including during activities. As such, they should be dressed ready for action, including unexpected entry into the pool.
- 0 – 5 years: Must have a parent or guardian (18+) in the water at all times & within arms’ reach.
- 6 – 12 years: Be close and prepared to enter the water, with constant visual contact.
- 13 – 14 years: Constant visual contact is required.
Terms & Conditions
- The party group must ensure that all children participating in inflatable activities are assessed by Belgravia Leisure Staff prior to activities being undertaken.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time for setup, and all guests must vacate the party area by the end of their time slot. However, participants are welcome to enjoy the other facilities afterward
- Smoking (including electronic-cigarettes or vapes), and Alcohol consumption within the Facility is strictly prohibited. If staff identify any of the items on any of the patrons attending the event, they will be asked to leave immediately.
- Larger parties may require a safety talk from staff; however, organisers are also responsible for enforcing safe use practices while within the centre
- The Facility prohibits commercially prepared food from being brought into the centre. Birthday Cakes are permitted.
- The Facility has a strict no glass within the Facility grounds.
- No responsibility will be accepted by the Facility in relation to damage or loss of property.
- All costs incurred as a result of any damage to equipment or fixtures within the facility, caused by any person(s), will be the responsibility of the party organiser making this booking.
- If at any time during the booking lifeguards deem the activities undertaken are unsafe, the Facility reserves the right to amend, pause or cancel the event for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and event patrons.
- In the event of an emergency incident, the party is to ensure they always follow the directions of Facility staff. The Facility Management on duty will, at their discretion, amend, pause or cancel the booking in line with the severity of the incident. Additionally, all fire exits must be always kept clear.
- It is the organisers responsibility to have a plan in place for any medical requirements a child may require on the day.
- All Facility ‘Conditions of Entry’ Rules and Regulations must be adhered to at all times by all participants and spectators attending the event. Failure to abide by these rules may result in removal off patrons or the event to cease.
Payment Policies:
- Please ensure that all information on the booking application is accurate. Bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the party date, and attendance numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance.
- To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.
- On the day of your party – at the conclusion of your party, payment for all children in attendance must be completed at Reception. A reminder that the minimum number of participants is 10. If you wish to make a booking for less than 10, the fee for 10 participants will still apply.
